A philosophy created by Bessie I. Perryman and incorporated in 2007, the 3P's Foundation spans to address the need of the construction management industry. Bessie I. Perryman was an educator, community leader, and humanitarian. It was her philosophy that if you are ever unsure of which direction to take or if you were unsure of what should be your first step you could follow her "3P's" to guide you on your journey. She believed that if you Pray, Plan, and Proceed it can guide the direction of your life. Acknowledging that there were people in all different spectrums of life she knew how to pray and plan, but not everybody proceeded.
